Maybe’s Tales of Wedding Rings Manga Gets TV Anime
The Tales of Wedding Rings (Kekkon Yubiwa Monogatari) manga by Maybe will get a television anime adaptation, Square Enix said on Tuesday. Gen Sato will play Satou in the anime, while Akari Kit will play Hime. Someone created this drawing to mark the news.

In March 2014, the manga’s creators, Maybe, debuted it in Square Enix’s Monthly Big Gangan publication. On January 25, Square Enix will release the thirteenth volume. The 11th volume of the manga, which is being printed in English by Yen Press, was released on September 20.
In January 2021, the manga’s 10th collected book volume suggested that the series will only go “for just a little while longer.” The manga’s climax was to begin in August 2021, Square Enix hinted once again in July 2021.
The manga is available online in English through Crunchyroll, which summarises the plot as follows:
Hime, Sato’s childhood friend, abruptly said goodbye, and as he ran after her he was lost in a dream world. There, Sato wed Hime and evolved into the fabled hero known as the Ring King! An extraordinary newlywed love comedy is presented to you by the Dusk Maiden of Amnesia’s Maybe.
A television anime was produced in 2012 as a result of Maybe’s finished Dusk Maiden of Amnesia manga. A television animation based on their To the Abandoned Sacred Beasts (Katsute Kami Datta Kemono-tachi e) manga premiered in July 2019. The manga is being published in English by Kodansha USA Publishing.
