The television animation of Gosei Furukawa’s manga My Life as Inukai-Dog san’s (Inu ni Nattara Suki na Hito ni Hirowareta, literally If I Became a Dog I Would Be Picked Up by the Person I Like) will be streamed in India, Ani-One Asia said on Facebook on Thursday.
On January 6, the animation had its Japanese debut. The anime’s distribution via Ani-One Asia started on January 7 across several platforms, although as of the time of publication, the game was still unavailable in India.
The principal actors are:
- Pochita the dog, played by Shichiru Umeda
- As Karen Inukai, Saya Aizawa
- As Mike Nekotani, Mayu Sagara
- Usagi Tsukishiro is played by Yurie Kozakai.
The series at Quad is directed by Takashi And. The visual director of the film is Hisashi Saito (Date A Live). The director of animation and character designer is Kazuaki Morita (Danganronpa The Animation). The music is being composed by Tatsuya Kikuchi (Hidamari Sketch, Honeycomb theme song arrangement/composition). The sound director is Khei Yoshida (ODDTAXI).
In 2020, Furukawa published the manga in Kodansha’s Shnen Magazine R. The manga was also published online at Magazine Pocket. Since March 17, the manga has been published on YanMaga, Suiybi no Sirius, and Shnen Magazine R in addition to Magazine Pocket. On Friday, Shnen Magazine R ceased to be published.
