The manga is being made available digitally in North America by Kodansha USA Publishing, which summarises the plot as follows:
Before he one morning awoke as a woman, Mahiro Oyama was simply a regular guy who enjoyed playing erotica games. It seems that his crazy-scientist younger sister, Mihari, conducted one of her brand-new experiments on him, and the results were devastating in Mahiro’s opinion! A lot crazier things are likely to happen in the future since Mihari is just as keen to study him as he is to return to his reclusive, game-playing existence.
In 2017, Nekotofu self-published the manga and distributed it on pixiv and other internet platforms. In April 2019, Nekotofu began regularly serialising the manga in Ichijinsha’s Comic Rex publication. The manga’s second anthology volume and sixth collected book volume were both released on April 27 by Ichijinsha. On October 25, Kodansha USA Publishing made the sixth volume available in English.
