Aggretsuko Anime Season 5’s Trailer Reveals February 16 Premiere
The fifth and final season of the anime Aggretsuko has a new teaser that appeared on Netflix on Wednesday. The season’s Netflix global premiere is set for February 16th, according to the teaser.

Retsuko’s campaign for politics will be the main topic of the next season. The anime’s cast and director both return for the fifth season at Fanworks under the direction of Rareko.
When it appeared in December 2021, the fourth season had already hinted to a fifth.

Retsuko, a 25-year-old red panda, works in the accounting division of the business of her dreams. But as it turns out, her coworkers and bosses keep asking her to do more difficult tasks. She doesn’t respond to them, but since she still needs to vent, she goes to karaoke by herself and sings death metal.
The character’s initial animation (which came before the Netflix anime) debuted in April 2016 as part of the -sama no Brunch TBS Saturday morning show and ran through March 2018 with fresh one-minute episodes every week.
In April 2018, the first 10-episode Netflix season made its global debut. The first Netflix season was once again directed by Rareko, who previously wrote the screenplays for the previous Agressive Retsuko anime and Yawaraka Sensha.
The second season of the Netflix anime started in June 2019, after the Christmas episode appeared in December 2018. In August 2020, the third season made its Netflix premiere.
